Rustica. South Yarra

501 Chapel Street,

South Yarra VIC 3141

Light filled cafe + bakery

Weekdays: 7am-4pm

Weekends: 8am-4pm

Sitting on Chapel Street directly opposite the Jam Factory is cafe + bakery Rustica.

Step free access inside here!

The 100 seat cafe in South Yarra is light filled and open. The ramp that leads into the cafe, divides 2 seperate sitting areas. All tables are standard height, chairs have backrest - one side just has a selection of bigger tables. The space inside is easy to navigate, there’s enough room to move in between tables on my scooter. There’s no area of the cafe I can’t get to! There’s a slight incline up to the back of the cafe, but the long ramp makes it all step free. There’s minimal outdoor tables out the front, but the big windows that open onto Chapel Street make inside dining my pick.

The accessible toilets are up the back of the cafe up the ramp and past the open bakery. The toilets are big inside with enough room for a baby change table.

The parking on Chapel Street is always a bit of a challenge, but there’s a carpark at the Jam Factory with accessible spots - entrance via Garden Street. Street parking available if you can grab a spot.

A spot I’d definitely come back to. Come early for the baked goods!
