Conservatory, rose garden + beer garden

Thursday - Saturday: 12pm-10pm

Sunday: 11am-5pm

Garden party vibes right in the middle of Melbourne, The Commons has it all! The conservatory and rosé garden are perfect for special occasions or bottomless brunch. The more relaxed beer garden is great for a casual catch up and drink.

The entrance to the commons through the arch from Moubray Street is wide and completely flat.

I visited the beer garden for a quick bite to eat. The beer garden sits at the front St Kilda Road end of the venue. There’s plenty of space to move past the rosé garden and conservatory to reach the beer garden. The seating is mainly picnic tables with fixed bench seats (with no back support) or high bar tables and stools. I did ask to use a chair with backrest from the rosé garden to make it easier. More than enough room for prams and aids table side.

The only accessible toilet is in the bluestone building near the entrance. There’s an alternative side door to enter the building that staff will assist with. The toilet itself is on the smaller side due to the baby change table.

There’s 2 accessible parking spots and lots of street parking on Moubray Street.

A pretty spot that’s very accessible, I’d recommend checking out on a sunny day!
