Two level floating bar + eatery on the Yarra

Monday - Thursday: 12pm-late

Friday: 11:30am-late

Weekend: 11am-late

Yarra Botanica sits on the Yarra River and overlooks some pretty spectacular views of the city! It’s open all year round and accessible at ground level.

The two-level floating bar is accessible at ground level (the top level is accessed via stairs) but you'll find everything you need at ground level. There’s wide ramp access to enter Yarra Botanica. The inclusion of rubber mats makes it very user friendly and pretty seamless.

Ground level is mainly bar stools and high tables. There is a section at the very front that has a good amount of standard chairs + tables. These can be booked if you want to make sure you get a table. This section is at the opposite end to the entrance so you do have to navigate through a narrow walkway. There’s enough room for aids and prams table side.

There’s an accessible toilet behind the bar at the very opposite end to the tables, so I strategically went as we were leaving. Navigating there with a crowd was a little hard but definitely doable. A good size toilet with a baby change table too.

Plenty of car parks in the area; the closest is on Riverside Quay or Southgate next to The Langham. I was lucky to find an accessible spot next to Eureka.

Pretty happy this spot is for the most part accessible, it’s a lovely spot to visit in the sun for a bite to eat or drink with friends!
